These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the roofing, siding, gutter, and related exterior services we provide across the Quad Cities area. By using this site, requesting an estimate, or hiring us for work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Use of this site

This website is provided to share information about our services and to make it easy to request an estimate. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt it, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that could damage or impair the site or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, photographs of our work, the New Summit name and logo, graphics, and page design — is owned by or licensed to New Summit Roofing LLC and is protected by applicable laws. You may view and print pages for the purpose of evaluating or booking our services, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content for other purposes without our written permission.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or up to date. Service descriptions, availability, certifications, and warranty terms may change. Pricing shown or implied on the site is illustrative only — your price is the written estimate we provide for your specific property.

Third-party links, manufacturers, and certifications

This site may reference third parties (for example, Atlas Roofing, the Vinyl Siding Institute, or a text-messaging link). Product and manufacturer warranties are offered and administered by those third parties and are subject to their terms; certifications reflect training and standing with those organizations. Service Terms

Estimates and inspections

Estimates and inspections are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is based on the information you give us (such as your address and the work you need) and on what we observe at the property. If conditions differ materially from what was described or visible — for example, hidden rot, decking damage, or issues discovered once work begins — we will discuss any change before doing additional work.

Scheduling, access, and your property

To complete most jobs we need safe access to your roof and exterior. You do not usually need to be home, as long as we can reach the work areas. Please let us know about pets, security systems, satellite dishes, fragile landscaping, or other concerns in advance. Roofing and exterior work generates debris; we take care to protect your property and to clean up thoroughly, including a magnetic nail sweep where appropriate.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of your estimate or upon completion of the work unless we arrange otherwise in writing. We will tell you the price before we start, and you will not be charged surprise fees. Where a project involves an insurance claim, we will work with you and your carrier, but you remain responsible for amounts due under our agreement.

Insurance and storm-damage claims

We can inspect for storm damage and document our findings to help you file a claim with your insurance carrier. We are a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster or your insurer; coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance company. Nothing we provide is a guarantee that a claim will be approved or paid.

Warranties

Products we install — such as Atlas Signature Select shingle systems, metal roofing, siding, and gutters — carry the manufacturer's own warranty, which we pass through as provided by the manufacturer; the coverage, terms, and any registration or transfer conditions are set by the manufacturer. Any workmanship warranty on our installation will be described in your estimate or invoice. Warranties do not cover damage from causes outside our work — for example, storms, hail, or other weather events after completion, impact, alterations or repairs performed by others, or failure to perform reasonable maintenance.

Limitation of liability

We are a licensed Iowa contractor (#C151652) and insured, and we perform our work in a professional manner. To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Summit Roofing LLC is not liable for pre-existing conditions (such as prior water damage, rotted decking, or aging materials), for damage that results from conditions we could not reasonably have discovered, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a job will not exceed the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Iowa law.

Photos of our work

We may take before-and-after photos of the work for quality records and, occasionally, to show examples of our work on our website or social media. These photos focus on the home's exterior and are not used to identify you or your address. If you prefer we not use photos of your property publicly, just let us know.

Cancellations and weather

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as you reasonably can. Roofing work is weather-dependent; for your safety and the quality of the installation, we may move your appointment when conditions require it, and we will do our best to keep you informed.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clinton County, Iowa.

Age Restriction

This website and our services are intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to use this website, request or purchase services from New Summit Roofing LLC, provide us with a mobile number, or consent to receive text messages from us. By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, please do not submit any information through this website.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

New Summit Roofing LLC operates a text messaging program so customers and prospective customers can reach us and receive service updates. These SMS terms form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Program description and message types. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.
• How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and asking us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (563) 206-8039. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us and on any active or upcoming job.
• Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. New Summit Roofing LLC is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
• How to opt out. Text STOP to (563) 206-8039 at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts to that number. You can opt back in at any time by texting us again.

• Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
• Supported carriers. Our program is supported by major mobile carriers in the United States. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The mobile information you share with us, and your text messaging consent, are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information New Summit Roofing LLC collects, how we use and protect it, how our text messaging consent works, and the choices and rights you have. It forms part of these Terms, and by using this website or our services you agree to it.
